Lorentz is operated by KAILA ELIZABETH SUTTON, a sole trader trading as Lorentz. “We”, “us” and “our” means KAILA ELIZABETH SUTTON trading as Lorentz. Lorentz provides software and enquiry-form tools for trade businesses to receive and manage customer enquiries and service communications.

We may collect personal information including your name, mobile number, email address, address, enquiry details, job details, messages, documents you choose to provide, and records of when and how you gave SMS consent.

- Submitting an enquiry or texting a business does not give permission for unrelated marketing messages.

If you tick an SMS consent box on an enquiry form, your consent applies only to receiving service-related messages from the named business about your enquiry or customer-service conversation.We do not sell, rent, share, transfer, or exchange mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.We may use service providers, including Twilio, to deliver SMS and operate the service. These providers process information only to provide services on our behalf and are not permitted to use SMS consent for their own marketing.
