Lorentz is operated by KAILA ELIZABETH SUTTON, a sole trader trading as Lorentz. Lorentz is not a company and does not claim ASIC company registration.

Lorentz provides software and communication tools for trade businesses. A trade business using Lorentz services is responsible for its own services, quotes, work, customer communications, and legal obligations.Where an enquiry form or text message identifies a trade business by name, that business is the sender communicating with its customer. Lorentz  provides the technology used to support that communication.

We use this information:

- Receive and respond to enquiries.
- Contact you about your enquiry, appointment, quote, invoice, job, or customer-service conversation.
- Provide software services to trade businesses using Lorentz Services
- Maintain SMS consent and communication records.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorised access.
- Meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
- Submitting an enquiry or texting a business does not give permission for unrelated marketing messages.

By entering your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent checkbox on an enquiry form, you agree to receive service-related SMS from the named business about your enquiry, appointment, quote, invoice, job, or customer-service conversation.Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and conversation. You may receive an automated acknowledgement after submitting an enquiry and further individual replies needed to respond to you. This is not a subscription to promotional marketing.

‍You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent you the message.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you text a business first, it may reply directly about that conversation. Your message does not create permission for unrelated, promotional, or recurring marketing messages.

Businesses using Lorentz must not send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or unwanted messages. They must obtain appropriate consent for each recipient and each messaging purpose, and must honour opt-out requests.
